Acai Berry Weightloss

Fat is unattractive, while healthy is sexy! It is an evolutionary psychological thing. The sexes mate with one another on the basis of which mate will give the healthiest children. So the right exercise to lose weight is light exercise for long periods. The most effective time to lose weight fast is before breakfast. Think about it. Your body has been burning fuel all night and the main tank is at its lowest. So if you can build a thirty minute light exercise routine into your day before you eat you will burn up to three times more fat than at any other time. Smaller meals more often with lots of real food, mostly plants, will ensure a perfect weight sexy body.
